Code of Conduct

MCS is committed to the highest standards of excellence, professionalism, ethics and integrity in all aspects of our operations. To comply with this standards, MCS has adopted an implemented a Code of Conduct to describe compliance expectations for all our employees, members of the Board, and First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities (FDRs) to conduct themselves in a compliant and ethical manner. The Code of Conduct is based on the laws and regulations that apply to our industry and establishes the basic principles governing MCS’ business activities and relationships.

Through active collaboration and strong commitment by each of us, MCS will continue to strengthen our culture of Accountability, Compliance and Trust, that position us as one of the leading companies in the Health Insurance Industry in Puerto Rico.
