Please, refer to the Provider Information Key table on pages 15-16 of the Providers Directory, which specifies the keys to identify cultural and linguistic capabilities (e.g., languages, cultural competence, and sign language) and types of access (e.g., home or office visits, alternate offices, telehealth, accessibility for disabled individuals, etc.) for providers in our network.

The following providers do not have an office to practice but provide different services across Puerto Rico that may interest you and may be available to you, depending on your healthcare coverage. To get detailed information about your healthcare coverage, please see your Evidence of Coverage (EOC).

Our plan uses a combined directory that includes the list of health care providers (primary care physicians, specialists, hospitals, etc.) and the list of pharmacies that are part of MCS Classicare’s network of providers. Go to the Provider Directory section of the directory that applies to your coverage to know which providers to visit when you need medical care. Our network has close to 13,000 providers in Puerto Rico’s 78 municipalities.
