You just have to follow these steps:

Call and coordinate

Call your assigned provider to request the coordination of your trip. It is important to coordinate your trip 72 hours before the service.

Validate

The provider will validate the availability of your transportation benefit and coordinate your trip. Each trip represent an individual trip.
